Terms of Service

Last updated: August 28, 2026

1. Who we are

The Pioneer Business Planting platform (the “Service”) is operated jointly by Stichting All Nations Nederland (The Netherlands) and All Nations™ International (United States) (together, “we”, “us”). These Terms govern your use of the Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service is an online learning and community platform focused on business-as-mission and church-planting movements. Depending on your role and country, it may include courses and training materials, live workshops, coaching, community chat, business-planning tools, and — where offered — facilitation of small business loans and handling of donations. Some features are only available in certain regions or to certain users.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
  • share your account credentials or let others use your account;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its data;
  • copy, sell or redistribute course content without permission;
  • upload harmful, unlawful, or offensive content;
  • interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service.

6. Intellectual property

Course content, materials and resources on the platform remain the property of Pioneer Business Planting and its partners. You may use them for your personal and ministry purposes, but you may not sell or commercially redistribute them without our written permission.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit (for example assignments, business plans and chat messages). You grant us a limited licence to store, display and process that content only as needed to provide the Service. We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

8. Loans, donations and financial features

Where the Service facilitates business loans, any loan is subject to separate loan terms and to approval; we may act as a facilitator rather than the lender, and loans may be provided by a partner or local programme. Donations are processed for the purposes described at the point of giving. The Service's tools and content are for education only and are not professional financial, legal or tax advice.

9. Privacy and data protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We are committed to the GDPR/AVG and to data minimisation.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. On termination, your personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law — including your mandatory rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence in the EU/EEA.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will reflect material changes by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of the Netherlands, again without affecting your mandatory local rights. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
